Job Description

As a Correspondence Customer Service Agent at Marston Holdings Ltd you will play a key role within our contact centre. You will engage with customers through written communication helping them reach positive outcomes - whether that involves processing payments setting up payment plans or resolving queries. We are committed to your development and will provide ongoing support and coaching throughout your career enabling you to progress through our development pathways and achieve your full potential. This is a full time 37,5 hours a week fixed-term role for 6 months.
