Corporate & Yachting Executive

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and yachting clients
• Liaise with clients, their representatives, and external advisors
• Assist with yacht sale and purchase transactions
• Liaise with the Malta Business Registry, Transport Malta and other authorities
• Register yachts under the Malta flag
• Incorporate companies and conduct KYC and due diligence
• Support day-to-day corporate tasks and ensure portfolio compliance
• Open bank accounts and maintain communication with banks

• Minimum 2 years experience in similar CSP roles
• Adequate knowledge of AML/CFT laws and regulations
• Ability to work in a team and independently without supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
• Fluent English
• Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office
• Relevant academic qualification, especially a law degree or related background

Italian, Spanish and/or French is an asset
