We are expanding our FCM team and we think you should know all about it! Our Corporate FCM Travel Consultants think outside the box, are self-driven and able to adapt to any emergency or change. This industry is always changing, every day a new rule, a new crisis, new hotels, or destinations. It’s challenging and high pressure but completely rewarding - and we wouldn't change a thing! If you're based in Auckland, then we have a beautiful office in the city and offer Hybrid working and an amazing culture! If you're based outside of Auckland, then we offer remote opportunities! We have an incredible, fully developed remote community and hold regular events and celebration nights to get together and connect with your team. We also have regional offices in Wellington, Tauranga and Christchurch so we can offer hybrid opportunities in any of those locations!

Job Responsibility

  • Work closely as part of a small and focused team
  • Provide first-class customer service to our clients, building strong relationships along the way
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and provide amazing travel advise
  • Actively develop client relationships
  • Attend client meetings and events

Requirements

  • Previous consulting experience in corporate travel is essential
  • A track record of excellence in customer service & the ability to be agile in an ever-changing environment
  • A sharp eye for detail and accuracy & the skill to manage a high volume of bookings
  • Great knowledge of travel and the desire to achieve results
  • Strong airfare / change processes knowledge, the use of VTP as a form of payment would be a plus
  • The ability/desire to connect and communicate with a remote based team
