We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Corporate/Transactional Attorney to join a congenial team in Walnut Creek, California. This role involves providing expert legal guidance in real estate and corporate law while fostering strong relationships with clients. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in corporate and real estate matters

Requirements:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

  • Strong understanding of transactional law
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
