Requirements

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in corporate and real estate law
  • Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
  • Strong understanding of transactional law
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
