We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Corporate/Transactional Attorney to join a congenial team in Walnut Creek, California. This role involves providing expert legal guidance in real estate and corporate law while fostering strong relationships with clients. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in corporate and real estate matters
  • Build and manage a portfolio of business within the firm while maintaining client relationships
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with precision and attention to detail
  • Analyze complex legal challenges and craft innovative solutions to address client needs

Requirements:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
