As the Corporate Technical Account Supervisor you will be reporting to the Business Solutions manager and will be responsible to drive the Technical Account Manager team’s activities for Vodafone’s Connectivity, Telephony & Network Security services and solutions (e.g. SDWAN, SDLAN, NextGen Firewall) for Corporate/SME customers.
Job Responsibility:
Supervising and developing Technical Account Manager team for all related portfolio(Network Connectivity, Telephony & Network Security)
Visit key customers to guide their digital transformation by proposing and presenting Vodafone solutions for Connectivity, Telephony & Network Security. Maintain strong relationship with IT Leaders
Have overview and ownership of RFPs by securing that the proper techno-economical proposition will be delivered within deadline.
Managing team relationship with collaborating teams such as Sales, Presales Solution, Project Management, Marketing and Products
Market monitoring and investigation for potential new solutions that can be developed, based on strong market and customer insights.
Upskill Corporate/SME Sales team by organizing product and commercial approach trainings. Lead the adoption of new Vodafone solutions for Connectivity, Telephony & Network Security
Requirements:
University degree in IT or Telecoms
Excellent command in writing and speaking of the Greek and English language
Experience in managing people and partners
Experience in design/consulting of technology services & solutions (Connectivity, Telephony & Network Security) for business customers
Previous working experience related to services sales or consulting for SDWAN, SDLAN or Network Security in a Telecoms or IT company
Strong results orientation and flexibility to work with the customers and sales teams under pressure & tight timelines
Very good interpersonal skills and ability of fluent communication with customers
Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external collaborators and customers
Interest to learn about the latest business services, products & solutions.
