Job Description:

As a Corporate Tax Staff Accountant, you'll be tasked with handling a variety of accounting functions, including auditing, sales tax returns, and financial reconciliation. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately record and audit journal entries
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of VAT returns
Handle sales and use tax filing tasks
Conduct financial reconciliations
Utilize Accounting Software Systems for various accounting functions
Analyze and coordinate a variety of financial data, and report it in a useful and understandable manner
Ad-hoc reporting and special projects, as needed

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
Must be adept in performing various Accounting Functions
Experience in Auditing
Expertise in handling Sales Tax matters is necessary
Ability to prepare and file Sales Tax Returns
Demonstrated experience in Financial Reconciliation is important
Demonstrated ability in exemplary analytical, quantitative and social skills
Be detailed, flexible, and organized
Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges
Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
Must have the ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries
Outstanding organizational, written and verbal communication skills required
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
