The Corporate Tax Manager will lead and manage Research & Development (R&D) Tax Credit engagements within the Methods, Credits & Incentives (MCI) practice. This role involves supervising projects, advising clients on complex R&D tax matters, ensuring compliance with federal and select state regulations, and supporting business development initiatives.

Requirements:
Active CPA or JD / active attorney license (EA not accepted)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
6–10 years of experience in R&D Tax Credits
Minimum 4 years of accounting or tax experience in public accounting or consulting
Strong knowledge of federal and state R&D tax rules and relevant case law
Experience with amending tax returns
Prior project management experience
Strong time management and multi-engagement capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel and work additional hours as needed
Nice to have:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
Industry experience in Technology, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, or Not-for-Profit
