A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the corporate sector
Proficiency and deep understanding of transfer pricing
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification is required
Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations at both federal and state levels
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members

Job Responsibility

Perform due diligence in Mergers & Acquisitions
Oversee outsourced indirect tax functions
Handle Property Tax matters
Manage Sales and use tax
Leverage R& D incentives
Utilize benchmarking database for pricing decision support on Intragroup and related party pricing decisions
