Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the corporate sector
Proficiency and deep understanding of transfer pricing
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification is required
Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations at both federal and state levels
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in tax software and other related computer applications

Job Responsibility

Efficiently conduct Transfer Pricing studies for related party transactions
Manage compliance and reporting on withholding taxes, Controlled Foreign Corporations, GILTI/ BEAT
Implement tax-efficient capital structuring
Perform due diligence in Mergers & Acquisitions
Oversee outsourced indirect tax functions
Handle Property Tax matters
Manage Sales and use tax
Leverage R& D incentives
Utilize benchmarking database for pricing decision support on Intragroup and related party pricing decisions
