Job Responsibility:

Lead a dynamic portfolio of corporate tax clients, from M&A deals and due diligence to restructures, re-organisations, and succession planning
Be the trusted advisor clients rely on—building strong relationships and spotting opportunities for growth
Stay ahead of evolving legislation, delivering insights that drive compliance and innovation
Contribute strategically to business development, process improvements, and the future direction of our tax team
Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and beyond

Requirements:

A proven track record in corporate tax management, with deep technical expertise
A confident communicator who inspires trust and influence
A strategic thinker who thrives on autonomy and complex problem-solving
Professionally qualified (CTA), with strong organisational and leadership skills
