Job Description:

Crowe Watson Recruitment is seeking a Corporate Tax Director for a renowned Chartered Accountants firm in Exeter. The role includes overseeing a talented tax team, advising a high-profile client portfolio, and shaping the firm's corporate tax strategy in a dynamic environment. Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage the corporate tax department
Provide expert advisory services to a varied portfolio of corporate clients
Support partners in strategic planning and business development
Review complex tax computations and ensure compliance with regulations
Mentor and develop junior members of the tax team
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified
Significant experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Commercially minded with strong technical knowledge
Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
