You’ll be providing Tax Advisory services to start-ups and scale-ups, to private businesses and FTSE listed multinationals.

Job Responsibility:

Act as a major point of contact within the firm
Provide tax compliance and advisory services
Manage a substantial portfolio of clients
Control client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries
Understand potential risks to the Firm
Counsel, appraise, develop and motivate staff
Coaching and developing junior members of staff
Support, train, mentor and advise others
Lead large and/or complex projects

Requirements:

Work pro-actively, managing your own tasks
Confident collaborating with others
Communicate regularly with senior managers, Directors, and Partners
Identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing delivery and providing additional services
Demonstrate excellence of service to clients and build strong relationships both internally and externally
Provide tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients
Manage a substantial portfolio of clients including control of client take on and engagement, billings, and cash collection
Understand potential risks to the Firm in relation to quality control procedures
Counsel, appraise, develop and motivate staff
Coaching and developing junior members of staff
Support, train, mentor and advise others
Lead large and/or complex projects
