Job Description

As Sustainability & ESG Manager, you will contribute to the development, coordination and implementation of Sopra Steria’s sustainability and ESG agenda. You will help translate Group level commitments into clear actions, measurable performance and practical guidance for countries, business units and support functions. You will support ESG governance, sustainability reporting, regulatory compliance and performance management. This includes topics such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, double materiality, ESG disclosures, KPI tracking and the consolidation of sustainability data. You will also contribute to initiatives related to climate and environment, inclusion and workforce, responsible digital, business integration, value creation and societal engagement. In this role, you will help embed sustainability into decision making, operations, client solutions and long term business resilience.

Requirements

  • You have experience in sustainability, ESG, CSR, corporate governance, environmental management, responsible digital or a related field.
  • You are familiar with ESG regulations and reporting frameworks such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, double materiality or similar standards.
  • You are comfortable working with data, KPIs, dashboards and reporting processes.
  • You can coordinate multiple stakeholders across countries, business units and corporate functions.
  • You communicate clearly and can translate complex ESG topics into practical and understandable guidance.
  • You are structured, analytical and able to manage priorities in an international environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch is required.
  • Another European language is a plus.
