Job Description

Support the end-to-end process of acquiring new financing partners, including due diligence, onboarding, internal coordination, and related activities. Assist in preparing and managing reporting processes for Staffinc Group and its subsidiaries. Execute and improve documentation processes to meet funding, compliance, and internal control requirements. Contribute to OKR setting, monitoring, and other administrative tasks to support team effectiveness. Assist in the development and implementation of standardized templates, guidelines, dashboards and knowledge management tools. Conduct process analysis and support the refinement of standardized operating procedures. Manage or support ad-hoc strategic projects (e.g., system implementation or company wide process improvement initiatives). Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational efficiency. Assist in M&A transactions - Financial Analysis, Financial and Commercial Due diligence and valuations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related fields
  • Knowledge of Financial models (e.g. 3 statement models, DCF, etc)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team environment
  • Preferably has prior internship or project experience in finance, debt instruments, due diligence, or related fields
