As the Corporate Strategy Manager, you will be a key architect of the company’s long-term growth and market leadership in the digital wellness space. This role is designed for a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and corporate development. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, evaluating potential partnerships or acquisitions, and translating complex data into actionable strategic roadmaps.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end M&A lifecycle, including market mapping, target identification, and strategic fit analysis
Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation (DCF, multiples), and due diligence for potential acquisitions or joint ventures
Prepare investment teasers and board-level decks to justify capital allocation and strategic investments
Monitor the competitive landscape to identify disruptive tech trends and potential "buy vs. build" opportunities within the wellness sector
Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to formulate and refine the company’s 3-to-5-year master plan
Translate high-level business goals into measurable KPIs and operational objectives across various business units
Drive cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring alignment between product development, marketing, and finance
Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify underperforming segments and recommend rationalization or pivot strategies
Perform deep-dive research into the global and regional wellness tech markets (SaaS, wearables, telehealth) to bring "outside-in" insights
Analyze consumer behavior trends and regulatory changes to mitigate risks and capitalize on emerging growth drivers
Facilitate strategic workshops with department heads to foster a culture of innovation and long-term thinking
Requirements:
Minimum 6 – 10 years of experience, with a heavy emphasis on Corporate Strategy, Transaction Advisory, or M&A
Mandatory experience within a Big 4 Audit/Advisory firm (PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte), specifically within Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, or Forensics
A Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
an MBA or CFA qualification is highly preferred
Expert-level financial modeling and valuation skills
proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced PowerPoint for board presentations
A genuine interest in the technology and wellness sectors, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments
