Job Responsibility

  • Support the administrative process for onboarding new financial partners, including KYC and documentation preparation
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for potential and ongoing financing partnerships (follow-ups, tracking, data gathering, and file management)
  • Coordinate and maintain communication between internal teams and external financial partners
  • Ensure all financing activities meet internal and external compliance requirements
  • Assist in reviewing current administrative workflows to identify automation opportunities
  • Support the development and execution of automation and process-improvement initiatives
  • Prepare documents, reports, and templates needed for automation readiness and operational standardization

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Preferably has prior internship or project experience in finance or related fields
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain structure in high-volume administrative workflows
  • Interest in automation, workflow redesign, or process optimization is a strong advantage
  • Student or fresh graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields
