Inside the Indirect Procurement department, the Corporate Sourcing Specialist will be in charge to manage the strategic planning and management of the assigned indirect categories and will also play a leading role within all ongoing projects related to procurement transformation.
Job Responsibility:
Driving the implementation of the procurement procedures and their execution
Managing the scouting of new vendors for the assigned categories
Supervising communication and follow up with vendors and internal stake holders
Executing periodic vendor compliance evaluation
Running spend analysis in order to define project’s baseline and optimization opportunities
Defining and constantly updating the sourcing strategy
Follow benchmarking activities
Managing selection processes via RFI/RFQ
Supporting and coordinating contract drafting activities for the assigned categories
Requirements:
At least three years of experience within a similar position being a plus direct experience on indirect sourcing
Master’s degree in Economics, Management or similar
End-to-end knowledge of the ordering process
Fluent in English
Track record of experience within complex processes
Excellent communication skills
Propensity for attention to detail and precision is a must
Analytical skills
Pragmatic and collaborative attitude
Strong teamwork skills
Solid proficiency in Excel and Power Point
SAP knowledge is considered a plus
Nice to have:
Knowledge of agile principles and a background in retail are considered a plus
