Job Description:

An ambitious and entrepreneurial Central London firm is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Solicitor with 5-10 years’ PQE to strengthen its thriving corporate team. This opportunity would suit a motivated Corporate Solicitor looking to step into a broader role with fast progression and the freedom to shape their practice within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

advising clients including entrepreneurs, SMEs, investment firms, and HNW individuals
handling private M&A, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, corporate structuring, and potentially private equity matters
supporting existing transactions
growing client relationships and cross-referrals across departments

Requirements:

5-10 years’ PQE with demonstrable corporate transactional experience
background in a well-regarded corporate team (City/West End/top-tier regional)
commercial and client-centric approach
desire to develop a practice with support from senior leadership
ability to win work
