Job Description:

The firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor, ideally NQ-2 years. Applications will also be considered from current trainees who are completing or have completed a corporate seat and will be qualifying within the next 3 months. The team covers wide-ranging corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, corporate sales, joint ventures, banking, finance, and corporate advisory.

Requirements:

NQ-2 years PQE
