Job Description:

The role is for a Corporate Solicitor with approximately 6+ years' PQE, who can confidently advise on a broad range of corporate matters. The position is full time, based at their Walsall head office, with strong agile working policies already in place.

Job Responsibility:

Advise on mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
company formations
corporate restructuring projects
corporate finance and banking transactions
advise on unincorporated businesses
draft joint venture and shareholder agreements
ensure GDPR compliance
handle partnership agreements, shareholder responsibilities, and directors’ duties

Requirements:

6+ years' PQE
experience in corporate law
ability to advise on mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
company formations
corporate restructuring projects
corporate finance and banking transactions
advising on unincorporated businesses
drafting joint venture and shareholder agreements
GDPR compliance
partnership agreements, shareholder responsibilities, and directors’ duties
