Corporate Solicitor

Advise on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, share purchase agreements, company restructuring, business sales, and general transactional support

• A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law
• Strong technical skills and proven experience handling transactional matters
• A commercial and client-centred approach
• The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a friendly, supportive team

• Hybrid working – 2 days in the office, 3 from home
