Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Corporate M&A Associate to join a market-leading team handling high-profile transactions across the UK and internationally. You will work on complex public and private M&A, private equity deals, and equity capital markets transactions for a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and investors.

Job Responsibility

  • Advising on mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate finance matters
  • Working with high-profile clients across various sectors
  • Managing and supporting corporate transactions from inception to completion
  • Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to provide a full-service offering
  • Supporting business development initiatives

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered)
  • Experience in Corporate M&A and private equity transactions
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
