Job Description:

This is a standout opportunity to join a thriving national corporate practice with an impressive client base and a strong pipeline of high-quality work. The role will suit a transactional solicitor with around 2–4 years’ PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and ambitious environment.

Job Responsibility:

Play a key role in advising on a broad range of corporate matters, with exposure to high-value and complex transactions including M&A, private equity, and capital markets work
Provide clear, strategic corporate advice to a varied client base
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support business development initiatives and contribute to the team’s continued growth
Work both independently and collaboratively within a nationally recognised corporate team

Requirements:

Be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–4 years’ PQE in corporate law
Have experience across a range of corporate transactions
Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Be confident, personable, and keen to build lasting client relationships
Show ambition, drive, and a genuine interest in developing your career long-term
