This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual seeking career progression, flexible working, and a genuinely supportive culture. The role is full time, based at their Walsall head office, with strong agile working policies already in place, which includes 2 days working from home.

Job Responsibility:

Advising on a broad range of corporate matters including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), company formations, corporate restructuring projects, corporate finance and banking transactions, advising on unincorporated businesses, drafting joint venture and shareholder agreements, GDPR compliance, partnership agreements, shareholder responsibilities, and directors’ duties

Requirements:

4+ years' PQE
ability to advise on a broad range of corporate matters including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), company formations, corporate restructuring projects, corporate finance and banking transactions, advising on unincorporated businesses, drafting joint venture and shareholder agreements, GDPR compliance, partnership agreements, shareholder responsibilities, and directors’ duties
