Job Responsibility

  • Maintain full awareness of the SHEQ responsibilities for yourself and any associated team members, in accordance with company policy and procedures
  • Ensure that QTS staff in your designated departments are recruited, trained, developed and managed such that a motivated and successful team is achieved
  • Ensure that service capability and quality of internal and external resources are monitored and maintained to meet the strategic objectives and the specific performance measures required
  • Lead the implementation and delivery of forecasts and annual plans for the team that are consistent with business strategies and budget, cost and funding arrangements and plans
  • Report on budgets and costs, compared to forecast outcomes and drive cost discipline
  • Plan and co-ordinate the use of resources such that all task deliverables are achieved to cost, quality and time targets and seek improvements
  • Ensure that all area policies and processes are developed to provide a professional framework required to achieve business objectives, ensuring compliance with legislation and functional objectives
  • Ensure an effective and efficient service is delivered on a day-to-day basis to support the business by standardising systems, better asset utilisation and reduced duplication.
