Job Description:

A senior associate role at a leading UK law firm focused on mission-driven clients, offering hybrid work benefits and a values-led, balanced work culture. Responsibilities include advising on corporate transactions, business structuring, and governance while contributing to a highly collaborative team.

Job Responsibility:

Acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, joint ventures
General corporate advisory work and commercial contracts
Lending, finance, and securities arrangements
Structuring businesses and partnerships (LLPs, LPs, and more)
Shareholder agreements, investment rounds, and governance
Commercial negotiations and risk management

Requirements:

4+ PQE Solicitor with a background in corporate and/or banking & finance law
Strong technical skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
Someone who enjoys working closely with clients and junior team members
An interest in supporting purpose-driven organisations (prior charity/social enterprise experience welcome but not essential)
