Job Description:

Join a highly regarded Top 100 UK national law firm to work with mission-driven clients across the charity, education, faith, business, and private client sectors. They offer a collaborative work environment, hybrid flexibility, and a healthy work/life balance.

Job Responsibility:

Acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, joint ventures
General corporate advisory work and commercial contracts
Lending, finance, and securities arrangements
Structuring businesses and partnerships (LLPs, LPs, and more)
Shareholder agreements, investment rounds, and governance
Commercial negotiations and risk management

Requirements:

4+ PQE Solicitor with a background in corporate and/or banking & finance law
Strong technical skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
Someone who enjoys working closely with clients and junior team members
An interest in supporting purpose-driven organisations

Nice to have:

Prior charity/social enterprise experience
