Job Description

To support the Corporate Security department through effective administrative management, task governance, KPI follow-up, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring smooth operations and high team engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle and manage all departmental administrative work
  • Govern and track departmental tasks, actions, and KPIs
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for corporate security administrative coordination with other departments
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage the Corporate Security monthly dashboard
  • Plan and execute department engagement activities, including monthly department meeting preparation, agenda creation and documentation
  • Follow up and govern Learning & Development plans in coordination with the team and HR
  • Ensure timely reporting, documentation accuracy, and adherence to departmental standards

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

  • Systems & Identity Management: Administer and automate core identity and access management systems (Okta SSO, Workflows, SAML/OIDC) and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Slack) to enforce least privilege, secure authentication, and controlled user lifecycle management in alignment with security framework safeguards
  • Information Security Operations & Implementation: Actively implement, operate, and mature critical security controls, including asset inventory, secure configuration, access control reviews, and continuous monitoring.
