Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Corporate Security Guard to support the Corporate Security functional area in safeguarding company premises, assets, employees, and visitors while performing security tasks and providing customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Support Corporate Security functional area to safeguard company's premises, assets, employees, visitors
Guard entrances and exits to prevent theft, vandalism, intrusion, or natural hazards
Control vehicular and pedestrian access to the facility
Perform routine customer support, operational and security tasks
Patrol and police premises to protect property and personnel
Complete required daily logs and reports
Respond to and resolve alarm system maintenance needs and security situations
Interact with security guards, customers, Security Response Center analysts, and vendors
Work closely with internal groups to ensure escalation guidelines are followed
Provide quality customer service while enforcing written procedures
Initiate work orders, facilitate equipment repairs with vendors, and document resolution process

Requirements:

6+ months of Corporate Security, surveillance and alarm experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Valid Texas State Armed Security Officer license
21+ years of age
Ability to work in a Wells Fargo office location as assigned
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to ascend and descend stairs
Ability to stand for up to 4 hours
Eyesight corrected to 20/20 and no uncorrectable hearing impairment
Successfully complete all mandatory firearms training
Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification
Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
Required shift rotation every 6 months or as needed

Nice to have:

Armed license for a 9 mm firearm
Experience with Access Control Systems and CCTV Monitor
Possess a CPR / First Aid Certification
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Customer service experience
