Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Security General Associate Manager. This role involves managing professionals in consulting and risk-based security products, ensuring compliance and quality in physical security practices, and providing leadership in the development of staff and resources.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and risk based security products and services based on defined protocols, tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance Corporate Security
Identify opportunities for developing, recommending, and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies to minimize the associated risks of criminal incidents against company assets, team members, or customers
Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras and all other types of physical security equipment under direction of Corporate Security management
Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with Vendors, Colleagues and managers
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security
Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff

Requirements:

2+ years of Corporate Security experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
1+ year of Leadership experience

Nice to have:

Experience in one of or a combination of the following: Military (Career/Military Police/Military Elite Forces), Law Enforcement (Police Academy Graduate), TSA security screening, Correctional Facility (Correction Officer), Documented, formal, leadership training through one of the disciplines or accredited university programs
Experience working in a highly regulated work environment surrounding screening and access control systems
Knowledge and understanding of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm, Systems operations. (Lenel On-Gard, March Networks, Biometrics)
Strong communications skills
