The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. Airbus Corporate Security is looking for a Security Coordinator for the Asia Pacific Region as soon as possible based out of Singapore. We are a multifunctional team with a comprehensive security portfolio. We protect our employees, our property, and our products through the application of technical, personnel, and organizational security measures. Furthermore, we act as the interface to various external government and government-related organizations for Airbus. The regional Corporate Security team is responsible for the Asia Pacific Region which includes 11 different countries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Promote, develop, and implement the Group’s Security Policies, Directives, and culture within the APAC region, while acting as a key relay between local stakeholders and Corporate Security teams
  • Promote the Group’s Security Policies, Directives, and security culture to local organisations on behalf of the Corporate Security teams
  • Develop and implement Security Directives, Methods and standards, in line with Corporate Security strategy, as well as local laws and regulations in APAC region entities
  • Develop and maintain relationships between the Group’s local key players and the Regional security teams
  • Support regional projects to bring security rules into the developed solutions
  • Identify and exchange about the Security threats (physical and Cyber) specific to the region to feed the global Security Threat reports published by Corporate Security
  • Perform risk identification, evaluation of critical assets, threats characterisation, risks mitigation solutions for all entities and affiliates in the APAC, and report it for consolidation to Corporate Security, in compliance with Corporate Security directives
  • Participate in and share the identification and understanding of local regional security laws (in particular cyber laws) and constraints to support Corporate Security global analysis of world laws
  • Identify and contribute to potential lobbying activities with regards to local security laws
  • Support the animation of the regional security community, cross-divisions and affiliates by setting up regular meetings and identifying opportunities for improvement of the Corporate Security governance
  • Provide an overall support to the Regional Security Governance Manager to implement the Corporate Security strategy for the governance topics
  • Act as a relay between corporate security and the local stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Holder of a Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Industrial management, Political Science, or Security and Defense
