Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in compliance and reporting, capital markets transactions, public company M&A, and corporate governance for publicly traded companies
  • distinguished academic credentials
  • excellent communications skills and attention to detail
  • strong knowledge of '34 Act, '33 Act, stock exchange rules, and other relevant regulations and laws
  • active bar license in the location for which you wish to be considered
