Job Responsibility
Deliver best-in-class solutions to clients across FX, FX options, Risk Management Solutions, and originate multi-asset opportunities, focusing on Large Local and MNC Corporate Names incorporated in Singapore
Understand and analyze clients' businesses and exposures to provide best-suited sales solutions, coordinating closely with relevant business partners and coverage banker teams
Achieve ambitious personal and team goals in market share and wallet share from identified client franchises
Assist clients with non-market risk management challenges, including balance sheet, cash-flow/earnings risk analysis, and strategic, episodic driven hedging discussions
Cultivate deep and broad trusted advisor relationships with primary clients and key top-level decision makers
Foster collaboration by interfacing with internal partners to enhance client engagement and deliver expertise
Strive for efficient FX execution solutions and increased E-penetration
Appropriately assess the risk/reward of transactions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets
Ensure all desk activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, internal Citi policies, and the highest ethical standards
Actively stay informed of changes in the dynamic and competitive marketplace and constantly evolving regulatory environment in Asia
Help drive the team's strategy across specified product lines and execute meaningful and landmark transactions
Be familiar with and adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services

Requirements
10+ years of experience in client-facing roles with a proven track record of growing and maintaining relationships through value-added service and commercial skills
An entrepreneurial approach for business origination and developing new relationships
Demonstrated interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication
Working knowledge of financial accounting principles, company balance sheets, and corporate finance
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
A strong team player who is flexible and adaptable, able to work within a dynamic team
Comfortable handling multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives simultaneously in a timely manner
Self-motivated, highly resourceful, and decisive, capable of quickly resolving issues
Mature, professional, and objective when dealing with others
Native/Fluent in English and Mandarin, essential for dealing with Chinese clientele
