Job Description

We are currently supporting the recruitment process for one of our business partners operating in the hospitality sector in Konya. For this role, we are looking for a Corporate Sales Specialist who can build and maintain strong relationships with industrial companies and corporate clients across Konya and surrounding regions. About the Role: Our client is a business-oriented hotel specializing in corporate guests, meetings, and event organizations. The role requires a proactive and relationship-driven sales professional who is comfortable with field sales, factory visits, and long-term account management.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and manage a corporate client portfolio targeting companies located in Organized Industrial Zones (OIZs) across Konya and nearby cities
  • Conduct factory visits, client meetings, and active field sales activities
  • Promote and sell accommodation, meeting rooms, catering packages, and corporate event services through a B2B sales approach
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients while identifying upsell opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare weekly activity reports
  • Coordinate pricing, proposals, and contract processes together with the Sales Manager
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs regularly

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within hospitality, tourism, or corporate services
  • Familiarity with Konya’s industrial zones and regional business ecosystem
  • Existing network within manufacturing, industrial, or service sectors is highly preferred
  • Strong relationship management mindset with a focus on trust-building and long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales
  • Comfortable working with sales metrics, pipeline analysis, and reporting processes
  • Adaptable to digital tools, new systems, and evolving business processes
  • Open to feedback, continuous learning, and industry developments
  • English reading and writing proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
  • Experience using CRM or reservation systems is preferred
  • Valid Class B driving license and active driving skills
