Job Description

The Corporate Sales Representative is responsible for sales and the relationship with a particular customer or customers whose corporate offices are in the area they are assigned to. Corporate Sales Representatives are assigned particular corporate customer accounts with the goal of using effective sales techniques and dedication to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Works with ethics, honesty, values and integrity. Provides a position of professionalism to others
  • Drives revenue generation from accounts in assigned area
  • Develops a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Maintains contracts and pricing for assigned accounts
  • Develops and maintains all client relations at assigned accounts
  • Works with Regional Sales Representatives to ensure complete account coverage
  • Conducts research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arranges business meeting with prospective clients
  • Promotes the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Consults with Operations to understand all areas of customer service (i.e. billing, safety, etc.)
  • Keeps records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provides trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Builds long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Completes all safety and equipment related trainings required on a monthly basis
  • Any other duty, responsibility or task as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Must have good driving record and be able to maintain insurability with Company insurance
  • Must have at least three (3) years of working experience as a business developer, account sales or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, clients and management
  • Requires a strong sense of time management and planning skills
  • Requires regular out-of-town travel for work related events
  • Must be able to work alone or lead a team as necessary
