We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive with strong experience in the Qatar hospitality market to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales within reputable hotel brands and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Execute complex sales processes and manage day-to-day sales activities effectively
Sign up new corporate clients and business accounts
Support the development and execution of strategic and tactical sales plans aligned with business objectives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while maximizing revenue opportunities
Identify, approach, and convert potential new corporate clients
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
Support and participate in marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness among target segments
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
Requirements:
Proven Qatar market experience
Valid Qatar driving license (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong corporate sales background within reputable hotel chains (e.g., Marriott or similar brands)
Demonstrated success in corporate sales within the hotel industry
Solid experience with well-known hospitality brands
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to build and sustain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
