Job Responsibility
Find and qualify new leads to keep our sales pipeline buzzing
Reach out to potential clients mainly through calls, emails, and other smart sales tools
Showcase the value of Arrive's products, getting potential customers excited about working with us
Build and nurture relationships with every interaction
Team up with the wider sales crew to make our lead generation process the best it can be
Keep track of everything you do in our CRM system so nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements
You're super organized and a pro at planning your day
You’re a self-starter who doesn't need someone looking over your shoulder
You have experience in calling and know how to get past the gatekeepers
You know your way around LinkedIn and can connect with the right people
You're a natural communicator and can easily build rapport
You’re an excellent listener
You're just as comfortable working on your own as you are with a team
You have a history of hitting and beating your targets
You're highly motivated and hungry for success and growth
You speak and write fluent Czech and English
You're tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools
What we offer
Salary of 55000 CZK per month with a monthly commission base of 25000 CZK
