Job Responsibility:
Efficiently use the Customer Account Management Application, Pipedrive, and Sales Funnel Application to handle service requests and keep the database updated
Coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders (Project Management, Finance, Pre-Sales, Sales, Customers, etc.) based on various business requirements
Maintain and present sales reports and analytics as needed by the management
Proactively conduct customer surveys to ensure consistent service availability
Regularly track performance metrics and trends to maintain accurate sales data
Requirements:
Graduate with at least 1 year of experience
Experience in Coordination, Customer Relationship Management, Management Reporting
MS Office Proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
