Job Description:

We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for vibrant and fast thinking "Corporate Sales Account Manager” to be part of our successful team in our “Corporate Sales team”. You have a challenging mission for: fostering strong relationships with our corporate clients, identifying their needs, and expanding our reach by providing tailored solutions that meet their ever-evolving technological demands. You'll drive sales targets, manage key accounts, and be at the forefront of introducing innovative products and services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop trusting relationships and provide high standards of customer service to the company’s corporate customers
  • Expand relationships with existing corporate customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs
  • Identify needs and requirements to promote company products and services to new corporate customers
  • Ensure that products and services are delivered in a timely manner
  • Provide reports on ongoing new sales opportunities in existing or new corporate customers
  • Be responsible for the development and achievement of sales targets through the direct sales channel
  • Focus on growing and developing existing clients, along with generating new business
  • Be involved in RFP (Request for Proposal) preparation and submission
  • Identify a customer’s IT operating model and propose the most suitable solution
  • Rapidly assess the IT implications of Telecoms Business Strategy and understand emerging technology trends

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position
  • Excellent command of the English language and excellent PC skills
  • Results orientation and attention to detail
  • Clear and effective communication
  • A collaborative and strategic mindset
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • A passion for technology and digital trends

Nice to have:

  • Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus
  • Previous experience in Telecommunications would be considered a plus
