The purpose of this role is to support and strengthen DeVry's Merchandising, Root & Sell, and Produce business units through disciplined execution, order coordination, reporting visibility, and cross-functional alignment. The role ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly through DeVry's core systems and processes, enabling predictable execution and reducing friction across Sales and Operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in day-to-day tasks of three business units - Merchandising, Produce, Root & Sell
  • Support merchandising program coordination and key account administrative needs
  • Help in finalizing orders, optimizing carts and executing during the season
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support disciplined decision-making
  • Assist in building sales presentations, reports, and seasonal recaps
  • Contribute to a strong team environment by proactively identifying and addressing account needs
  • Handle communication, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work closely on a team with your direct report

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (or similar) in progress or completed
  • A strong drive to excel and a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Professional and positive demeanor, showing respect for colleagues and customers alike
  • Exceptional ability to organize tasks and manage priorities effectively
  • Ability to cultivate customer loyalty through effective relationship building
