Job Responsibility:

Provide in-house support to Corporate Relationship Managers to enhance corporate relationships and customer service quality
Support Group Global & Regional Relationships and Initiatives
Safeguards the group from potential loss and assist department heads on controlling operating expenditure
Liaise with stakeholders to support Banking events administrative activities
Assist on-boarding and set up of new employees
Coordinate and arrange logistic for internal / external visitors
Arrange executive travel in line with HSBC Group Policies and organise travel and travel schedules/itineraries including liaison with overseas offices and clients

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, majored in business related
With strong expertise and solid knowledge in Corporate Banking or interacting with clients
Fluent in English and Chinese
GAPD Covered worker
