We are looking for a dedicated and experienced manufacturing, bilingual corporate recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract in the western suburbs. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support our manufacturing operations. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping our workforce and driving recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for corporate roles
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline through job boards, social media, networking events, and relevant organizations
Promote the company’s mission, values, and culture to enhance employer branding and attract high-quality candidates
Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication and transparency throughout the hiring process
Analyze market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to inform and refine recruitment strategies
Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring initiatives and improve processes
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations in all recruitment activities
Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities to expand talent outreach
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
Strong knowledge of social media recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Experience in high-volume recruiting and sourcing for diverse roles is an advantage
