The Corporate Recruiter will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for professional, technical, and leadership roles across the organization. This individual will partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and external networks to attract, engage, and hire the best talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, technical, and leadership positions, from job posting to offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and organizational goals
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including social media, networking, and partnerships with external recruiting firms
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain professional communication throughout the process
Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and reporting for leadership
Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
Stay current on talent acquisition best practices, labor market trends, and innovative recruitment tools
Participate in HR projects, including onboarding, talent pipeline development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within manufacturing or a technical environment
Strong understanding of corporate recruiting strategies, candidate sourcing, and assessment techniques
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
Nice to have:
Experience working in a global or multi-site environment is a plus
