We are seeking a contract Corporate Recruiter with expertise in both general corporate recruiting and specialized corporate accounting recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to source, engage, and place skilled professionals in a range of corporate settings, including finance and accounting environments.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs for corporate and accounting positions
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present suitable candidates for consideration
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including corporate accounting, financial analysis, audit, payroll, and other related functions
Maintain a pipeline of talent, nurturing relationships with both active and passive candidates for future opportunities
Stay updated on industry trends, compliance regulations, and recruitment best practices related to finance and accounting positions
Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to ensure a positive candidate experience and effective onboarding processes
Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and deliver insights to leadership on hiring activities and market conditions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related field
3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on corporate and corporate accounting roles
Strong understanding of corporate accounting functions, including financial analysis, audit, payroll, and internal controls
Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a continuous learning mindset
