The majority of our clients are Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing, distribution, transportation and engineering. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Corporate team to contribute to ongoing internal recruiting needs. This position is a full-time opportunity based in our office near the Dallas Galleria.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the placement of job postings (internal, job boards, LinkedIn, etc) as needed
Source, phone screen and coordinate all hiring manager interviews
Develop creative sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in a highly-competitive market and industry
Facilitate applicants through each stage of the interview process and communicate with appropriate hiring managers on a regular basis regarding status of applicants
Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes
Coordinate background checks and pre-employment drug screens on candidates
Meet with HR Manager and recruiting team regularly to discuss current and future talent requirements, hiring status, strategies and issues
Ensure that all required paperwork is completed appropriately during interview process
Follow up with hiring managers and applicants in a timely-fashion
