We are looking for a skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Lincoln, Nebraska. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the growth of our Engineering and Information Technology teams by managing full-cycle recruitment processes and driving talent acquisition strategies. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with leadership and HR partners while contributing innovative ideas to continuously enhance recruitment operations.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for Engineering and IT roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring of top-tier talent
Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and leadership to understand and meet staffing needs
Use data-driven insights to analyze recruitment metrics and improve processes
Foster collaboration within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to share knowledge and best practices
Implement creative solutions to enhance recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience
Act as a trusted advisor by providing consultative support to stakeholders on hiring strategies
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and prioritization
Contribute to the development of programs that address long-term talent needs and support business goals
Ensure ethical and disciplined approaches to recruitment, maintaining accountability for outcomes and impact
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related field
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly within Engineering and IT functions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and leverage insights to optimize processes
Demonstrated success in volume recruiting and managing multiple requisitions
Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Experience in a consultative approach to hiring and talent planning
