We are looking for a skilled Corporate Recruiter to support the growth of our Engineering and Information Technology teams. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in driving talent acquisition strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and collaborating with HR and leadership to meet organizational goals. This role is based in Columbus, Ohio and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for Engineering and IT roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet company objectives
Partner closely with HR business partners and leadership to align recruitment approaches with organizational goals
Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance the hiring experience
Utilize data and metrics to evaluate recruitment performance and optimize processes
Share innovative ideas and contribute to process improvements within the Talent Acquisition team
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for assigned requisitions
Provide consultative support and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment strategies
Foster teamwork and collaboration within the HR and Talent Acquisition teams
Maintain a strong ethical approach, prioritizing responsibility and ownership throughout daily tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related field
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly within Engineering and IT disciplines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
Proficiency in utilizing metrics and data to drive recruitment decisions and improvements
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
Expertise in building relationships and delivering a positive candidate experience
Demonstrated success in volume recruiting and consultative hiring approaches
Knowledge of recruiting strategies and hiring processes for technical roles
