Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is in need of a Corporate Recruiter for a three-month contract position. Working onsite daily, the Recruiter will be partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and deliver exceptional candidates who are aligned with our values and ready to make an impact. The Recruiter will operate within a specialty recruiting model, focused on the client’s core functions (Buy, Build, Sell, Corporate, or Financial Services) with the flexibility to support across other functions when needed. This role demands a performance mindset, adaptability, and a deep understanding of how to blend process, people, and technology to drive results. Core responsibilities include full-cycle strategic talent delivery, candidates experience and engagement, and operational excellence and tech adoption.

Requirements
