We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Westerville, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in expanding our Engineering and Information Technology teams, ensuring we attract top-tier talent. This role involves managing comprehensive recruitment strategies and collaborating with HR and leadership to support organizational goals.
Job Responsibility:
Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for engineering and IT roles
Develop and implement strategic hiring plans in partnership with HR Business Partners and leadership to meet company objectives
Foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience
Utilize data and metrics to analyze hiring trends and improve recruitment strategies
Collaborate within the Talent Acquisition team to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes through innovative ideas and methods
Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals
Manage requisitions effectively, maintaining clear communication and prioritization
Support volume recruiting efforts while maintaining high-quality candidate evaluation
Contribute to the development of programs that address talent needs and drive organizational success
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related field
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within engineering or IT functions
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
Ability to analyze metrics and leverage data to inform recruitment decisions
Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruitment with attention to detail
Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with candidates and team members
A consultative approach to recruitment, ensuring alignment with business goals
