The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for delivering high-quality talent across corporate and professional functions by managing full-cycle recruitment at a strategic level. This role partners closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs, provide market insight, and execute hiring strategies for specialized and leadership roles. The ideal candidate operates as a trusted advisor, bringing a consultative approach, strong judgment, and the ability to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders and hiring managers, advising on hiring strategy, market trends, and talent availability
Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, professional, and leadership-level roles across multiple functions
Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract passive and high-caliber candidates
Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure strong alignment with role and business needs
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and long-term talent initiatives
Manage offer strategy, negotiation, and hiring recommendations with professionalism and discretion
Maintain a high standard of candidate experience, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition, with a focus on professional and leadership-level roles
Proven experience recruiting across functions such as finance, accounting, legal, IT, operations, or similar corporate disciplines
Strong executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Advanced sourcing experience using LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and passive recruiting methods
Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and reporting
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
